Long time ago... what I remember most is Knock Me Down down being thrilling - still one of my favourite songs by any band.. and then that the bass amp broke down & the show ended in disarray when some of the crowd got restless & lary and the Chili's threw some of their kit into the crowd and stomped off. Can't remember if they came back on.
I'd only gone down because I'd seen Angelo Moore wear a RHCP t-shirt at Fishbone shows the year before.
Although it was a bit shambolic still very happy that I was able to see the band in their development years - me & the friends who came to that show couldn't believe how good BSSM was when it came out a year or so later.
