One day in 11th grade my Dad came home with a bass guitar and said, “here, learn how to play this.” I plucked around a little bit, until I heard Flea. I wanted to imitate his sound so much. I played any and every Chili Pepper song I could. Flea really made me enthralled with all that is the bass guitar.
